• Like a suitcase, it can be folded up and transported places. That's why this type of loading dock ramp is called a suitcase ramp. This 33-pound ramp is 28 inches wide and 72 inches long and has a capacity of 500 pounds. Unfolded, it is 1.5 inches high; folded it is 3 inches high. It also meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
• The mini ramp is another portable ramp. These light weight ramps (5 to 9 pounds) have a mighty design. They can handle a capacity of 5,000 pounds. These mini ramps can be positioned over hoses or electrical cables and also up against curbs to serve as ramps for hand trucks. They can also be mounted permanently.
